EANGKY pursues the goal of providing quality, motivated and professional soldiers and noncommissioned officers, and airmen to the National Guard by supporting legislative initiatives which provide adequate staffing, pay allowances, benefits, entitlements, equipment and installations for the National Guard.

The accomplishments of EANGUS are usually a collaborative effort of some or all of the members of The Military Coalition, of which EANGUS is a strong member.  Few of any organizations accomplishments are of their own accord and influence.

The Enlisted Association needs your membership to increase our members and our voice when working with state and federal legislators.  Listed on our Legislative page are only a few benefit successes we have had over the years.  These benefits are fought for by our association and not given entitlements for membership on the Guard.
