About KNGHF

The Kentucky National Guard Historical Foundation, Inc. located in Frankfort, Kentucky provides a permanent display in the Kentucky National Guard Memorial Hall and Hall of Fame and is open to the public without charge. It contains the art, artifacts and memorabilia of particular significance to the Kentucky militia and National Guard, and visual representation of dramatic moments in its military history. A library, open to the public without charge, of books, periodicals and other publications of special interest to historians of the Kentucky Militia and the Kentucky National Guard is also provided. The foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, literary and education purposes. In addition, the foundation provides scholarships to family members of the Kentucky National Guard.
